Broga Hill for many years is a favourite place among hikers or newbies who just started hiking, due to this factor and its location which is accessible, the crowd or density is too high especially during weekend. Starting from early morning, we can see many lights moving up the hill..lights from headlamps and torchlight. This is via the old trek where there's a steep area that we need to use rope. However there's a new short trek that has been explored but still..we need to pass by the rope area.
This picture was taken in July 2016 showing the new part of the old trek, its not steep but leading to the steep area, the boulder is exposed.
This is the steep area, look at the post..slippery and its waiting for disaster. Just imagine hiking at this spot after the rain..
Gone one post..this is why density control is important, there are times people have to queue at this spot, just imagine the load that it need to carry for such a small post.
